Deliveries and Returns
All Sales are final.
No refunds only exchange allowed.
If there is a defect due to manufacturing please take photos and send them by email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will contact you shortly after on the next steps to take. Should we require the jean to be sent back we will send you a Return label for the postage.
It is your responsibility to follow up with the courier to arrange the collection of the package. Once the jean is received we will start on the replacement pair and send it back to you once done.
It is at the sole discretion of the supplier if we will not remake the jean or just refund you the payment back to you.
All deliveries overseas will be sent by courier service. Please ensure you provide the correct address. Courier service do not deliver to PO Boxes.
We are not responsible if the package has been stolen after delivery by the courier. For Hong Kong once jeans are ready we call you to come in and try the jeans, and then take them home.
